Summary of Careers
ESFJs are best at jobs where their friendly, organized and practical helping skills are used within traditional settings. They want to be personally involved in their service, and they want to be practical and personal. They are realistic caregivers; they don’t have much patience with theoretical approaches and detached analysis. ESFJs find careers in teaching, sales, management, care giving and personal services to be rewarding.
Reflection: I know that I’m very extraversion, however I thought I’m also judging, but apparently my judging level is only somewhat. Which the judging part did surprised me a bit, and the extraversion part is as expected. Unfortunately I’m not interested in teaching, sales, management and care giving, but I might be interested in personal services to be rewarded. So non of them are actually interested to me, but I’m surprised that teaching is in one of the many, which being a teacher is something that I will never do in my future.
